I'm a twenty-something with too much education, not enough work and an obsessive love of baking. I bake for special occasions, I bake when I'm bored, I bake to relax, I bake for family, I bake for friends, I bake when it's cold out so I can turn on the oven and warm up a little. I bake a lot, so I decided to bring my goodies to the internet and Sugar, Flour, Flavour was born.
Since this is a baking blog, I bet you're all curious about some of my favourite foods. Pumpkin, cinnamon, vanilla, chocolate, almond and brown sugar definitely make the list. So do peanuts, popcorn, strawberries, crab apples, fresh spinach, garlic, watermelon, avocado, and cashews. Peanut butter is one of my weaknesses. I love it, I love baking with it, I sometimes eat it right out of the jar for dinner. I also love really good chocolate truffles. I'm talking the expensive kind that you can't justify treating yourself to unless it's your birthday.
Besides baking, I like reading (anything, everything, especially geeky things), animals (to pet, to play with, but not to eat), and outdoor things.
